How versions workShort or long? A short mailer has up to 3 sections, such as banner, message and button: an invitation, reminder or announcement. A long mailer has 4 to 8 sections: a newsletter, product roundup or case study. Over 8 sections, we quote it.
Up to 4 mailers of any size or type, plus 8 versions, every month, with priority 24-hour turnaround. Unused mailers roll over for one month. Cancel any time.

Changes while we proof your mailer are included. Copies of an approved mailer are versions. A different layout is a new mailer.

Choose editable if your team will reuse the mailer or change the wording. Choose locked if a designer has already finished the artwork and it must match exactly. If you're unsure, the hybrid (locked banner, editable text) suits most newsletters.
An .oft is an Outlook template. Double-click it, add recipients and send, and the layout and images come with it. You need one if you send from Outlook itself rather than an email platform.
A design link or file, or your copy in a document; your logo and images; every link the email should go to; your send date; and how you send (Outlook or which platform).
Outlook for Windows renders email with Microsoft Word's engine, which ignores much of modern CSS. Layouts collapse, background images vanish and image sizes jump. We build with the table layouts and fallbacks it expects.
We focus on design and build. We'll tidy layout and fix obvious typos, and we'll produce US and UK spelling versions on request.
Every quote comes with an invoice in USD or GBP and a secure payment link. Invoices are issued by Vitastaa, the registered company behind Inboxwright. Pay by card, or by an ordinary domestic bank transfer: ACH in the US, Faster Payments in the UK. You don't need to send an international wire. The first order is paid upfront; after that we invoice per order or monthly.
Standard delivery is 48 hours from receiving everything in the brief, and versions are usually same-day. Rush delivery is 24 hours. Monthly plan clients get 24-hour turnaround as standard.
